Format

Ages 3–7 (pre-K, kindergarten and early grades)

45-minute sessions, 2–3 days a week, Monday–Friday, at a time agreed with your school

6-week residency, a quarter residency (about one school quarter, ~9–10 weeks), a semester, or the full school year

Make-up and rescheduling

Plans change. If we cancel, we reschedule at no extra cost. Closed days aren't billed. If the building, school or teacher has a scheduling conflict, we reschedule at no extra cost. If DC Public Schools close for weather, we reschedule at no extra cost. Families can make up one class a month with 24 hours' notice.

If we cancel: rescheduled at no extra cost, or credited to next month.
Closed days (building closures, holidays, school calendar closures) aren't billed.
Family misses a class: with 24 hours' notice, one make-up per month in another group if there's space; without notice the class counts as used.
Building/school/teacher scheduling conflict: rescheduled at no extra cost (no 48-hour billing rule).
Weather: if DC Public Schools close for weather, we reschedule at no extra cost.
